Happy Birthday Evan James!!

It's hard to believe that 4 years ago today, Evan James came into this world! Let's go back . . .as Kerry and I always say, Evan's birth was the most "uneventful" of the three - of course HE was not uneventful - but just the birth -- a scheduled c-section -- non of that, am I in labor business, or oh no my water broke -- just-- let's go have a baby! And our BABY he still is!! It's so true about the youngest -- they are, well, "baby-ed". Evan gets away with most everything:)! He orders us all around -- and we do it, 'cause "he's a baby"!

Here are the things he LOVES: his bink!, Very Vanilla Soy Milk -- how many times a day do I hear "more milk" (and of course someone in the fam jumps to attention and delivers a tippy cup to him!, Scooby-Doo, MY HAIR ---still going strong with the hair fetish - started out cute, still kinda cute, but loosing it's cuteness! (especially when he rubs his feet on it!--I know, kinda wierd!) AND he loves anything his brothers love -- which can cause some ruckess sometimes!
This was Evan's first year to go to a pre-school program - he went to FAC on Tuesdays and Thursdays and just loved it! I think he liked having something of his own to be involved in! He still loves to "go", if there's a trip in our future (to anywhere--Hot Springs, Vacation, heck - to the carwash) that boy is not going to miss it! Some of his favorite quotes: "Silly Mommy!" (said in the cutest high pitched voice ever!, "more milk", "sit down mommy" - this is similar to last years quote of "lax, mommy, lax" - it means - sit down and let me hold your hair! and "I wanna go". His favorite color this year has been purple - just recently he switched to red - and he tends to be drawn to pink things -- we were real close to this bright bubble-gum pink comforter being on his bunk beds -- but were saved by the pirate quilt:)!
We still don't have Evan's little personality pinned down yet -- he's got a good mix of his big brothers -- Jayden's energetic, loudness - mixed with Evan's own spastic twist, and Kyler's calm and quiet side in settings like school and around alot of people. Each day he surprises us and makes us laugh!

We celebrated his B-day with a family trip to Fun City and will celebrate again in Florida with more family and friends.
