We had a little sneak peek of things to come this winter . . . it was exciting to drive to school with snow on the ground and covered bridges last week. . . and it looked so christmas-y!
Since the boys were out of school on Friday, we treated Thursday night like a Friday! We headed to Momma Deen's for some soul food -- the boys loved it, and Kyler kept saying how it was the best fried chicken in the "country" and WE were eating there:)!
The fried chicken is "double cooked" -- smoked and then deep fried and KYLER SAFE:)!
After feeding our soul (and I truely mean that, just going out to eat feeds my soul because Kyler is able to eat so much more -- just look at that pic of him digging in!), we hung around Best Buy and then checked out the lights on the Fayetteville square. It was a nice little holiday "Friday" night! (scroll on down - I posted 2 other new posts)
