Tis the Season!

We had some serious catching up to do this weekend. I am sure our neighbors were thinking we were scrooges since our holiday decorations consisted of a saw horse and scrap lumber on our front porch. But we hit it full force this weekend and have decked the halls!
We made christmas tree cakes. . .

We had oh so serious phone conversations related to toys. This is Kyler having a Transformer conversation with CiCi. (Yes, we are back to Transformers, still liking Bakugan though.)

Oh Christmas tree. . . we actually put the tree up on Thanksgiving Day, but waited until now to decorate it.

some branches got more attention than others. . .

The star on the top of the tippy tippy top -- Kerry did the honors.

.

We tackeled the ever difficult family photo. . . it's-- okay... it was quite the drama to get this good!

Santa and his Reindeer: this actually kept the boys entertained for quite a while! And where you ask is Evan during this game?...Probably trying to sneak some icing. . .

Yep, here he is.

Isn't this the funniest?! The boys used the decoration bens as their own personal "homes". You can't tell by the pic but they each have a blanket and their pillow, as well as special toys in them. Then, for lunch, they simply got the lid to use as their table!

a bedazzled soy milk? This is what I found in my fridge yesterday. So THAT'S were the rest of my rhinestones for the teacher gifts went!
